New Orleans is behaving more like a French city, and that is meant as
an insult. What happened to self reliance? Americans can usually
figure out a way to tackle any problem, New Orleans can't. Just
sit there and whine for more Federal dollars to waste while Mississippi
runs rings around you. If the NFL team decides to stay there, they
should re-name themselves the" New Orleans Losers"
